Hi, I'm Samantha! I created Little Guests because I saw a real need at events: children who needed somewhere fun to be, and parents who deserved to be fully present for life's biggest moments.

I show up early, set everything up, and keep every child entertained, safe, and smiling from start to finish. I also bring experience supporting children with diverse needs, including children on the autism spectrum through ABA therapy — because every child deserves to feel safe, comfortable, and celebrated. What ages do you care for?

We care for children 6 months and up. For newborns, we're happy to make accommodations provided parents supply the necessary equipment such as a bassinet, specific formula or feeding supplies, and any other items your little one needs. Our childcare space is monitored with onsite cameras so parents can have full peace of mind throughout the event. Just reach out in advance so we can prepare!
Do you provide the tent or room?

We work with your venue to use an available room or side space at no extra cost. If no room is available, we can bring our own branded tent at no extra cost. Just let us know when booking so we can plan accordingly!
Are you background checked and certified?

Absolutely. All Little Guests staff are CPR and First Aid certified, and have passed full criminal and background checks. Your children's safety is our top priority.
What do parents need to provide?

Just your little ones! We bring all activities, setup, and supplies. If your child has specific allergies or needs, just let us know in advance and we'll accommodate.
How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for peak wedding season (April–October). That said, reach out anytime and we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 14+ days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7–13 days receive a 50% refund. We understand life happens, so just reach out and we'll work with you.
Do you travel outside San Antonio?

Yes! We serve San Antonio and surrounding areas. Travel beyond 30 miles is charged at $1.50/mile. Contact us for destination event inquiries.
Can parents check in on their kids?

Of course! Parents are always welcome to pop in. We also maintain open communication throughout the event and will reach out immediately if anything needs attention.
